Chronic pain and tension can feel like an endless loop—no matter how many solutions you try, the discomfort lingers. This can be incredibly frustrating, disheartening, and even isolating.
But there’s a reason behind the persistence of these symptoms, and it goes beyond what we typically hear about pain. In this masterclass, I'll share insights from over a decade of experience working with chronic pain syndromes.
My own journey with pain has shaped my understanding of these challenges.
I suffered for 15 years of chronic pain. Despite trying numerous treatments, the pain persisted, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. I found myself falling between the cracks of different professionals, searching for answers.
Deep down, I knew there had to be more to this.
There had to be another way.
And I was determined to find it.
As a teaching mover, this experience was devastating for me.
But it was also this foundation in movement that ultimately helped me navigate my pain and find a way forward. This personal experience has deeply influenced my work, and I want to share what I've learned with you.
Pain often causes us to contract and avoid, but through learning to work with it—rather than against it—we can find a path toward healing and reconnection.
